 1. Practice mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment in a non-judgmental way. It can help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and can also help you manage stress and improve your overall well-being. Here are a few tips to help you practice mindfulness:

  • Find a quiet place to sit or lie down and focus on your breath.
  • Pay attention to your senses.
  • Notice when your mind wanders and gently bring it back to the present.
  • Be kind and patient with yourself.
  • Try incorporating mindfulness into your daily routine. You can practice mindfulness while doing activities such as eating, walking, or even doing household chores.

2. Read more books:

It’s never too late to adopt reading habits and to start a new book! Here are some insights to help you insert books into our routine:

  • Set a goal: decide how many books you want to read in the coming year and make a plan for how you will achieve this goal. You might aim to read a certain number of pages per day or week or set a goal to read a certain number of books each month. To give you some help and motivation, you can join a readers' platform, such as Goodreads.
  • Find books that interest you: Choose books that you are genuinely interested in reading. This will make it more enjoyable and easier to stay motivated.
  • Make time for reading: Schedule time for reading into your daily or weekly routine. Whether it's before bed, on your commute, or during your lunch break, find a time that works for you and make it a habit.
  • Don't be too hard on yourself: If you don't meet your reading goal in one month, don't give up! Just try to get back on track and keep going. The important thing is to enjoy the process of reading.

3. Commit to a healthier sleep routine: having a healthy sleep routine is an important part of overall health and well-being - and yet, many don't give due importance to it.  8. Stay positive & be grateful

Take some time each day and make a habit of thinking about the things you are thankful for. This can help you focus on the positive aspects of your life and cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Practicing positive affirmations and doing things that make you happy are also great ways to take care of yourself. ​​By incorporating these habits into your daily routine, you can work on staying positive and finding the good in life.

10. Set achievable goals:

Setting goals is important to keep track of your main objectives - but for every aspect of our life, we must always stick to our reality.
